  • Alec BaldwinB.H.S.1976 – Stage & Screen Actor

    For outstanding achievement as a stage, screen, television actor and exemplary service to Massapequa High School as Chairman and a benefactor for the Music Department project A Sound Investment (Projects goal of improving the music acoustics of the Massapequa H.S. auditorium was completed. The Auditorium was named The Baldwin Auditorium in honor of Alex Baldwin Sr.)

     

     

  • Al BevilacquaM.H.S. 1957 – Teacher, Wrestling Coach

    For outstanding achievement as a Teacher and Coach of Wrestling at Massapequa High School. (Elected to the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. Served as an elementary, Jr. High School and Sr. High School Physical Education Teacher.) For exemplary service to the community and the sport of Wrestling (Served the National Federation of Wrestling and the United States Olympic Wrestling program)

    For outstanding achievement as a University Administrator. (Vice President for Finance, Fordham University) For exemplary service to the Massapequa Community. (Member of the Board of Education Citizens Advisory Committee for Finance and Buildings and Grounds)

    For outstanding achievement in the field of Genetic/ Microbiology Research. (Yeast Chromosome cloning technique to Chromosome 21/Downs Syndrome) For exemplary service to her community.

     

     

  • Caroline Nicholson M.H.S. 1956 – Community Service & Business Leadership

    For outstanding achievement as a local business owner and for exemplary service to the community. (Massapequa Chamber of Commerce, Massapequa Park Merchants Association, Massapequa Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, Church Thrift Shop, Massapequa Historical Society, Broadlawn Nursing Home Volunteer)

     

     

  • Robert Nilsson M.H.S. 1959 – Civil Engineering

    For outstanding achievement in civil engineering and as a president of a multinational construction company. For exemplary service to community and country as President and Chief Operating Officer Turner Steiner International Construction Co., Governor of the Urban Land Institute, service in the United States Marine Corp with a tour of duty in Viet Nam.  Consultant to Turner Construction Company, Skanska, Halenor Som, Gensler

     

     

  • Col. Thomas OMalley M.H.S. 1960 U.S. Marine Corp

    For outstanding achievement as a career flight officer in the United States Marines and for meritorious combat service in Vietnam, Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. (Legion of Merit, Purple Heart, National Defense Meritorious Service Medal and over 30 Air Medals)
